No two days are the same for me. I am also responsible for Norton Barton Artisan Food Village. I could be dealing with corporate finance issues one day and the next filling bottles of rum.
I perform the day-to-day production at the distillery. This ranges from starting fermentations right through to sealing bottles and everything in between.
After a first career in the IT Service industry, Dean finally found a use for his Chemical Engineering education in the distilling world at the newly formed Cotswolds Distillery.
I also assist with the full range of jobs in the distillery from setting up the cold brew for Kalkar to the bottling and ladling.
